How Delivery Works

1. 📅 You choose the date. Pick your delivery (or pickup) date and time at checkout — before you pay. Sending sweets for a birthday or festival? Choose a date a day or two ahead of the occasion.

2. 🧁 We make it fresh. Your order is prepared fresh and packed on the day it leaves our kitchen — never from a shelf. Order before 1pm for next-business-day dispatch at the earliest.

3. ❄️ Packed cold, sealed tight. Every delivery travels in a thermal-insulated carton with sub-zero gel packs — that is how barfi made in Sydney arrives in Perth tasting like it was made around the corner. If no one is home, the courier leaves your parcel in a safe, cool, dry spot and the insulated carton keeps protecting it.

4. 🚚 Track it to your door. You receive tracking as soon as your order is dispatched. Courier partners deliver on business days (not weekends).

Express courier from $25, Australia-wide. Your exact cost is calculated by weight and destination and shown at checkout before payment — most standard orders to metro areas ship for $25.

Pickup is always free at any of our four stores — choose your pickup store, date and time at checkout. Orders over $100 need photo ID at collection.

Our sweets are made without preservatives — which is exactly why they taste the way they do. Refrigerate at 2–4°C when your box arrives, bring to room temperature before serving, and enjoy within 48 hours of unboxing for peak taste.
