WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

  • Express courier delivery Australia-wide, in insulated chilled packaging.
  • Free pickup at any of our four stores.

DELIVERY COST

  • Express courier from $20.00. Your exact cost is calculated by weight and destination and shown at checkout before payment.
  • Most standard orders to metro areas ship for $20.00. Larger orders and some regional areas cost more — checkout always confirms the exact price for your postcode before you pay.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

  • You choose your delivery date at checkout, before payment.
  • Order before 1pm for next-business-day dispatch at the earliest.
  • Your order is prepared fresh and packed on dispatch day in a thermal-insulated carton with sub-zero gel packs.
  • Tracking is sent to you on dispatch. Courier partners deliver on business days only (no weekends).
  • If no one is home, the courier leaves your parcel in a safe, cool, dry place — the insulated carton keeps protecting it.
  • All delivery dates are given in good faith. In rare cases a courier may run late — see below.

IN-STORE PICKUP

  • Pickup is free at all four stores: Arndell Park NSW, Kellyville NSW, Campbellfield VIC and Woodridge QLD.
  • Choose your pickup store, date and time at checkout.
  • Orders over $100.00 require photo ID for collection.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

  • We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Some remote areas have limited courier service. Checkout will confirm availability and the exact cost for your postcode before you pay.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

  • If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and advise a revised estimated delivery date.
