WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

In-Store Pickup

• In-storepickup is available for Pick up orders. 
• Pickups are available Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm.
• Orders over $100.00 requires Photo ID for collection.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

NSW 2-8 Business Days

• 1.25kg to 16kg - $29.00
• Every 8kgs after that+ $10.00

ACT 2-8 Business Days

• First 1.25kg to 16kg - $35.00
• Every 8kgs after that + $10.00- $15.00

QLD 2-8 Business Days

• First 1.25kg to 16kg - $45.00
• Every 8kgs after that + $15.00- $20.00

VIC 2-8 Business Days

• First 1.25kg to 16kg - $35.00
• Every 8kgs after that + $10.00- $15.00

SA & WA 7-14 Business Days (Metro Area's Only)

• First 1.25kg to 16kg - $55.00
• Every 8kgs after that + $15.00- $20.00

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

• Orders dispatch in 3-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an notification email. Shipping takes 2-8 business day after dispatch.
• All orders are shipped in refridgerated transportation and are packed in a thermal insulated carton with cold packs to make sure products remain cool and fresh.
• This allows us to leave your parcel in a cool/dry safe place if no one is home to receive the order.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

• We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

• If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
