How pre-orders work
Choose your boxes
Add as many as you need. Diwali boxes travel on their own order, so keep everyday items for a separate bag.
Pick a date and a store
In the bag, choose pickup at one of four stores or express delivery, and the date you want.
We pack for that date
Your boxes are made and packed for the date you chose, not before.
Collect, or answer the door
Come in on your date, or the courier brings it. No confirmation call needed.
Ready on your date
Pickup orders are packed for the date and time slot you choose. Come on that day; earlier and it may not be ready.
Courier dates can move
Delivery orders leave for your chosen date. For an event, choose two to three days before it. The courier's dates are not ours to guarantee.
Changes and cancellations
None inside five days of your date. Before that, email customerservice@puredesi.shop and we will help.
In the box
Every box is named for what is inside it, and what is inside it is named on the box.
- Kaju katli with a clean diamond edge and a leaf of silver.
- Motichoor ladoo rolled by hand, each in its own paper cup so it arrives whole.
- Burfi in pistachio, khoya, almond, rose and mango, cut the morning it is packed.
- Saffron, cardamom, rose and pistachio named on the box because they are in there.
Pre-order terms

- No changes, cancellations or refunds inside five days of your date. Before that, email customerservice@puredesi.shop.
- Delivery dates depend on the courier and can move. For an event, choose a date two to three days before it.
- Delivery is charged by weight, from $25. The exact rate shows at checkout.
Order once, hand over all season
Choose your boxes and a date, and that is the last thing you need to organise. On the day they are packed and waiting at the counter, or already on the express courier to the door. Four stores for pick-up, delivery everywhere else.
